One on one sessions include:

  • Initial consult via email or phone to determine your running ability, fitness and running goals
  • 45 minute personalised session with Coach Louie
  • Video analysis of your running technique
  • Suggested workouts to do on your own for the week
  • Unlimited contact with Coach Louie via text or email for the week

All this for just $97 or 3 sessions for $249
