How much does it cost?
One on one sessions include:
- Initial consult via email or phone to determine your running ability, fitness and running goals
- 45 minute personalised session with Coach Louie
- Video analysis of your running technique
- Suggested workouts to do on your own for the week
- Unlimited contact with Coach Louie via text or email for the week
All this for $75 or 3 sessions for $199
