What is RUNFIT?

RUNFIT is running specific group training sessions designed for runners of all ability levels. It focuses on developing a more efficient running technique using a variety of training methods.  It will help you to become a fitter, stronger and faster runner and have you reaching your running goals.

Benefits of RUNFIT

We will introduce you to best practice running techniques and training methods that will see you running eficiency improve and reduce your risk of injury. The high intensity interval training will see your running fitness level improve.  You will develop a stronger core which will support your body when you run and reduce your risk of injury.  But most of all you will receive ongoing support from an accredited running coach.

RUNFIT is offered in a 10 week block.  You can choose to attend for a full block or casually to suit your needs. 


RUNFIT is on Thursday nights at 6pm. 


We train at various locations around Ballarat.

How much?

A 10 week block of RUNFIT costs $100 (that's just $10 per session) or $15 for a casual session.

Coach Louie always takes the time to help me understand each part of my running and nothing is too much trouble, she always makes the time for everyone in the group.
