What is RUNFIT?
RUNFIT is running specific group training sessions designed for runners of all ability levels. It focuses on developing a more efficient running technique using a variety of training methods. It will help you to become a fitter, stronger and faster runner and have you reaching your running goals.

We will introduce you to best practice running techniques and training methods that will see you running eficiency improve and reduce your risk of injury. The high intensity interval training will see your running fitness level improve. You will develop a stronger core which will support your body when you run and reduce your risk of injury. But most of all you will receive ongoing support from an accredited running coach.
RUNFIT Strong - Monday's 6pm
RUNFIT Fast - Thursday's 6pm
