How it works:
Coach Louie will be in contact with you to discuss your running background, goals and will establish a starting point for your training. She will work with you on a plan to help you reach your training goals.
An online feedback sheet will be created which will contain running resources and a space where you can check in with Coach Louie each week.
Complete your feedback sheet with the sessions you complete each week.
Coach Louie will provide feedback each week and offer suggestions for your training for the week moving forward.
You can contact Coach Louie throughout the week with any questions or concerns you may have about your training.

Phone meeting or sit down session with Coach Louie to determine your goals, running ability, and to map out a training plan that will fit in with your lifestyle.
Personalised 12 week training plan for your goal event
Those who have signed up for a TRAINING PLAN FLEXI will receive:
Phone meeting or sit down with Coach Louie to determine your goals, running ability and to design a training plan to fit in with your lifestyle.
Personalised 12 week training plan to help you reach your goal event
Review of your training plan during the training period when requested
Adjustments to your training plan if needed
HOW IT WORKS:
Once you sign up for your 12 week training plan Coach Louie will contact you to organise a time to discuss your running history and goals. She will then put togther a personalised 12 week training plan. Another catch up will be organised to go through your training plan. Those who have signed up for the TRAINING PLAN FLEXI will be able to have their training plan reviewed and updated throughout the 12 week training period if needed.
